How to build it
- Type the size you need above, in millimetres, centimetres or inches.
- Download the PDF and print it at 100% — never “fit to page”.
- Cut every solid line and score every dashed line.
- Glue the narrow flap to the far side panel to make a tube. Fold the dust flaps in first, then push each tuck flap inside.
Questions about the card box
- What is a reverse tuck carton?
- The top flap folds from the back panel and the bottom flap from the front panel. It uses less board than a straight tuck and is the layout most shop cartons use.
- Do I need glue?
- Only one seam — the narrow flap down the side. Everything else tucks. White PVA or a glue stick both work on card.
- Can I print my own design on it?
- Yes. Add a picture in the Artwork panel, drag it where you want it, and it is trimmed to the outline so nothing prints off the card.
